MODEL AND SERIAL NUMBER LOCATION

Both the model number and serial number are
located on the manufacturer’s plate located on
the mainframe of the BedShaper

®

(See Photo 1-1).

The number in the top box is the model number.
The number in the bottom box is the serial num-
ber. Please use these numbers when ordering
replacement parts or when obtaining mainte-
nance assistance. Record these numbers in Table
1-1 for easy access.
