3. ACTIVATE
After connecting the system, you must
register it online to activate the audio.
Before activating, ensure that the
server is on and connected to an
internet connection that doesn’t
require a password.
Using a separate computer, activate
the server online at
listenwifi.com/register
. Enter in the
required fields including the server’s
serial number that looks like this
(found on back of server):
Activation takes about 2 minutes.
4. CONFIGURE
PL-900 Server
After activating, the web browser will
redirect to an online account used for
managing and monitoring the system. It
also allows the ability to add a logo and
channel names to the mobile app.
For more advanced configuration
(channel order, delay, mono/stereo and
gain adjustments as well as internet
pass-through), access the server
directly. Using a separate computer,
connect to the “Personal Listening” Wi-Fi
network. Open an internet browser,
type the address
172.30.0.1
and login
using:
Username:
administrator
Password:
admin
WAP
The WAP has been configured for the
majority of environments.
However, if audio performance
struggles, set the ListenWiFi WAP to
specific channels that are unused and
don’t have any adjacent channels in use
or where optimum audio performance
is achieved.
To configure the WAP, use a separate
computer and connect to the “Personal
Listening” Wi-Fi network. Open Internet
Explorer (other browsers may be very
slow), type the address
172.30.255.0
and login using:
