Troubleshooting:
Cannot connect to your Wi-Fi network.
Make sure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password during the
Wi-Fi setup.Check whether there are problems with your internet
connection. If Wi-Fi signal is too weak, reset your Wi-Fi router
and try again.
Setup is not working properly.
1.
Close all apps that are running in the background then
re-open the Tuya app.
2.
Uninstall and reinstall the Tuya smart app then repeat the setup process.
Smart String Lights are not responding to Tuya App.
1.
Check if Smart String Lights are turned off. If yes, turn them on and waituntil
Smart Bulb reconnects with the Wi-Fi network automatically.
2. Check if there are problems with your internet connection.
If necessary,reset your wireless router and try again.
How many colors can I pick from?
Smart String Lights Use RGB LEDs, allowing you to choose from millions of
colors per bulb. Using the Tuya smart App on your smart device, you can
choose the exact color(s) you want for your color sequence.
