STEP MOTOR REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS (82-ST0502)

Installing the New Motor

Insert three

5/16"

hex bolts (Part #369091 of Kit #380073) into the motor mounting holes.

Place one plastic spacer (Part #360212 of Kit #380073) on each hex bolt on the backside of the motor.

Each spacer has a groove on one side that must be aligned with the bolt hole (Fig. 5).

Note:

While installing the motor, make sure to keep the three hex bolts from falling out of the mounting

holes and the three plastic spacers from slipping off the end of each bolt.

The motor pin (Fig. 6) must be fitted into the motor mounting bracket. The step frame may need to be

adjusted to ensure the proper fit of the motor.
