Installation and Owner’s Manual
(For Aftermarket Applications)

Installation
Attach to PowerTower, Bump-IT or BikeBase
A lower section of BikeWing will be attached to either
the PowerTower of Jack-IT, the shank of Bump-IT or the
receiver tube of BikeBase. The NoMotion pin should be
tightened with a
3/4
” socket wrench until the lock washer is
fully compressed.

MAKE SURE THE NOMOTION PIN IS PROPERLY
TIGHTENED BEFORE INSTALLING ADDITIONAL
JACK-IT COMPONENTS AND CARGO AND BEFORE
BEGINNING TRANSIT.
PowerTower:
Insert the Stinger
™
into the top of the
PowerTower
(Fig.1)
and secure with NoMotion pin, split lock
washer, flat washer and hairpin cotter pin on the end of the pin.
Bump-It:
Insert the end of the Y-shaped base
(Fig.2)
into
the top of the Bump-It shank and secure with NoMotion
pin, split lock washer, flat washer and hairpin cotter pin on
the end of the pin.
NOTE:
Do not install the Stinger in Bump-IT.
BikeBase:
Insert the end of the Stinger
(Fig.3)
or Y-shaped
base
(Fig.4)
into the top of BikeBase
(Figs.3 and 4)
and
secure with NoMotion pin, split lock washer, flat washer and
hairpin cotter pin on the end of the pin.
