Wiring your accessory to a power source

our accessory operates best at 14-18 volts (AC). Have an adult strip 1⁄4" of insulation from
both ends of the wires included with the accessory, if they have not already been stripped.

Only an adult should perform this task. Always use care when stripping wires.

Connect one wire to each spring clip terminal on the base. Attach the other ends to the

#153C Contactor and transformer as shown in Figure 2 below.

To connect the wires to the spring clips, press down the upper half of the spring clip terminal

until the lower loop projects through the slot. Insert the bare wire end into the loop, then
release the upper part of the clip. Spring tension will hold the wire tight.

If the accessory does not operate properly, swap the wires at the #1 and #2
positions on the 153C Contactor.
