There is no sound.
• Ensure the DVD player is firmly connected to your TV and amplifier.
• Make sure the volume control is set to an appropriate level and the sound is not muted.
There is no picture.
• Ensure your DVD player is firmly connected to your TV or any other devices (e.g. amplifier).
• Ensure your TV is working properly.
• Make sure the DVD Player is in the correct mode. Press the N/P button repeatedly until the correct video
output setting is selected.
• Ensure the disc is correctly loaded (with the label side facing upwards).
• Make sure that the disc you are playing is undamaged and clean.
The remote control
does not work.
• Make sure there are no obstacles between the player and the remote control.
• Point the remote control to the remote control sensor on the player.
• The batteries in the remote control unit may need replacing.
There are
problems with the
picture.
• Make sure the disc is clean and unscratched.
• As the player is controlled by a microcomputer, when encountering a problem switch off the power first
and then switch it back on again in a few seconds. This may solve your problem.
No sound for 5.1
Channel Audio
Output
• The default 5.1 channel downmix setting is “Stereo”. Please change to “5.1 Channel” at downmax menu.
