The Bottom back rail (Part #12) can be attached to Parts #4 and #5
at 3 different levels ( 1 + 2, 2 + 3 or 3 + 4). Be sure you check where
you will place the cabinet to determine which level is the best choice
for where you will place your cabinet. After deciding, attach Cam bolts
E (4) to Part #4 and #5 at either holes 1 + 2, 2 + 3 or 3 + 4.
