A new folder is shown in the play list pane.
Enter a name for the play list.

Click the icon next to the album that contains the desired track.
All the tracks on the album are shown.
Highlight the desired track then drag and drop it on to the required play list.

You can position a track in a particular place in a play list by dropping it on to the
track you wish to play before it.

Click the icon next to the desired album.
Drag and drop the title of the album on to the name of the play list.
The track titles will be added to the play list, but not the name of the album itself.
