8.2 Inspection

When inspecting the linear rotary motors, the following points must be checked:

1: Linear rotary shaft
2: Stator (rotary motor)
3: Stator (linear motor)
4: Wiper
5: Slider linear motor

Blue:

Check Points (authorised personnel / follow assembly instructions)

Green:

Tasks (authorised personnel / observe assembly instructions)

Yellow:

Tasks (qualified personnel trained by LinMot)

Orange:

Tasks (only experts / LinMot)

Is there a light film of grease on the

slider (5) of the linear motor?

Replace wiper (4)

Cleaning the visible
part of the slider
(chapter 8.3.1)

Are the wipers (4; if present)

worn out?

Does performed maintenance

help to achieve improved

running characteristics?

Yes

Is the lubricant homogeneous and

not decomposed?
