FROZEN FOODS
· Frozen foods cool of the oil strongly. Therefore don’t use any large portions.
· Shake the foods above the sink to remove most of the ice.
· Set the temperature knob to 175°C. Submerge the basket in the oil slowly to prevent strong bubbling.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1.
Always pull the plug from the electric socket first and wait until the oil has cooled off completely
before you start cleaning.

Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents. Never use sharp objects to remove dirt.

Remove the heating element from the oil container. Pour the oil out of the reservoir and clean the
inside with kitchen paper. Use a damp cloth for the outside of the appliance. Dispose of the waste oil
at a waste disposal unit for oil.

The oil reservoir, the lid and the basket can be cleaned in warm water with washing up liquid.
Thoroughly dry the parts. The outside casing should only be cleaned
with a cloth. The frying basket and oil container are dishwasher safe.

Never immerse the control panel in water.

Assemble the appliance after cleaning. To place back the heating
element: first place the oil container into the housing and then pull
up the black valve at the back of the fryer, so that the contact points
become visible. Slide the heating element into the 2 slots at the back
of the fryer, while holding the valve up. Make sure that the control
panel is correctly placed; otherwise your appliance will not work.
7.
Make sure that no water can get into the oil reservoir or is present on
the lid before you fill the appliance with oil.
