If you experience no playback from earphone, please follow the below steps:

§

Remove both earphones from the charging case to Power on.

§

Tap the multi-function button twice quickly on both earphones.

§

This will pair the earphones together.

§

One earphone’s LED indicator will flash white to indicate pairing has been successful. The earphones

will then look to pair to your source device.
