5. When the computer has restarted, click
START
>
PROGRAMS > KVMDLOAD
to launch
the upgrade application.
6. A window will appear. Click
Browse
and select the location of the software.
The upgrade file will end in the extension
.hex
.
7. Click the
Upgrade
button to continue. The following dialog box will appear:
Click
YES
to upgrade the CPU Switch Smart Audio firmware.
8. The upgrade file will now be transferred to the KVM switch and the process is complete.
