10.0 Troubleshooting and fault finding

Troubleshooting

Faults symptom

Reasons

Solutions

1 No display on panel
2 No welding current output

1 Not connected to the power supply

1 Make sure the input power supply is

normal.

2 Make sure the power switch is closed.

1 The display of the panel is normal.
2 No welding current output

1  The input voltage is wrong.
2  The input voltage is unstable
3  The input cable connected to the power

grid or the voltage protection circuit

starts.

1 Adjust the voltage to the correct value.
2

Turn off the machine, and then turn on

in 5–10 minutes.

4 The wires between power switch and

power supply board are loose.

3 Re tighten the wires between power

switch and power supply board.

1 Fan is not working
2 It has abnormal indication

1 The fan is broken.
2 Internal fault

1 Replace the fan

2 If problem persists, please contact a

service agent.
