Progressive metering devices can be used in two-line or 
single-line centralized lubrication systems in order to in-
crease the number of outlets of multi-line pumps or to 
subdivide the single metering devices and measuring 
valves (fig. 46 to 50) also as secondary metering devices 
in large and small oil circulating systems.
