ASSEMBLING THE SAW
The Mast sections must be joined before mounting LSC Circular Saw to your vehicle.
Mast assembly.
Notice that there is a “cuff” bolted to the top piece of the mast. Unbolt the cuff, slide it
off the mast, reverse position and slide back on without bolting. Align mast sections and insert hydraulic
lines from top mast section into bottom mast section and out exit fl ange as shown.
Slide sections together fi rmly ensuring that the holes line up for the
bolts. Using the

” wrench, insert 3” bolt through hole on bottom
half of mast. Align cuff over seam and attach using 3
½
” bolt.
Firmly tighten both bolts. Secure hydraulic hoses through hose
clamps at bottom of mast using
½
” wrench.
Mounting Blade.
Remove 4 bolts at end of blade
guard cover with

” wrench. Remove guard and
set aside. Remove cotter pin from castle nut with
needle nose pliers. Using 1
¼
” wrench, remove
castle nut and black fl ange washer.
Exit Flange
Remove & Reverse Cuff,
Slide back on Mast
Insert hydraulic lines & Slide mast sections together
Secure Hydraulic
Hoses
