Mount the flexible coupling 1 on the encoder shaft;

fix the encoder to the flange 2 by means of screws 3;

fissare l'encoder alla flangia di fissaggio 2 mediante le viti 3;


 secure the flange 2 either to the motor or to the mounting support;  fissare la flangia 2 al motore (o al supporto);  Den Adapterflansch 2 auf den Motor (oder auf den Trägen) anschrauben;

mount the flexible coupling 1 on the motor shaft;

montare il giunto elastico 1 sul motore;

die Kupplung 1 auf die Motorwelle montieren;

make sure the misalignment tolerances of the flexible coupling 1 are
respected.



Mount the encoder on the motor shaft. Avoid forcing the encoder
shaft;
ASC36

Inserire l'encoder sull'albero del motore. Evitare sforzi sull'albero encoder;

Geber auf die Motorwelle montieren. Belastungen der Geberwelle
vermeiden;

fasten the fixing plate 4 to the rear of the motor using a M3
cylindrical head screw 5;

fissare la molla di fissaggio 4 sul retro del motore utilizzando una vite M3
a testa cilindrica 5;


Schraube 5 befestigen;

fix the collar 3 to the encoder shaft by means of the screw.


Montar el acoplamiento elástico 1 en el eje del encoder;

Monter le joint élastique 1 sur l'arbre du codeur;

fijar el encoder a la brida 2 mediante los tornillos previstos 3;

fixer le codeur à la bride 2 au moyen des vis 3;

fijar la brida 2 al motor (o al soporte);

fixer la bride 2 au moteur (ou au support);

montar el acoplamiento elástico 1 en el eje del motor;

monter le joint élastique 1 sur le moteur;

asegurarse de que se respetan las tolerancias de desalineación
permitidas por el acoplamiento elástico 1.

s'assurer que les tolérances de mauvais alignement admises par le joint
élastique 1 soient respectées.
ASC36

Montar el encoder en el eje del motor sin forzar el eje del encoder;
ASC36

Monter le codeur sur l'arbre moteur sans forcer l'arbre codeur;
 fijar la placa de fijación 4 en la parte posterior del motor mediante un
tornillo 5 de cabeza cilíndrica tipo M3;
 fixer la plaquette de fixation 4 à la partie postérieure du moteur en
utilisant une vis type M3 à tête cylindrique 5;
 fijar el collar 3 de el eje encoder.  fixer le collier 3 de l'arbre codeur.
