Cleaning

General cleaning of the unit will greatly prolong the treadmill. Keep treadmill 

clean regularly. Be sure to clean the exposed part of the deck on either side 

of the walking belt and also the side rails. This reduces the build up of foreign 

material underneath the walking belt. Wear clean running shoes.

Repairs

Any needed repairs will require a professional technician. Pleae contact LifeSpan 

Fitness.

Tip

Turning the power off for 10 minutes after using for 2 hours will help extend the 

treadmill use over time.
