Sonic M1 is not charged.
Charge the massage gun.
Sonic M1 is not turned on.
Slide the Power switch to the
ON position to turn on.
MASSAGE GUN
STOPPED WORKING
SUDDENLY
Sonic M1 stops after the
10-minute working time.
Turn the unit back on to begin
a new massage.
When the massage gun has
been working for a long time,
the motor shuts off due to
overheating protection.
Turn off massager and allow
it to cool for at least an hour
before using again.
MASSAGE INTENSITY
IS TOO HIGH
Vibration speed is too high.
Select the lowest speed level.
Skin may be sensitive.
Use the Sonic M1 over clothing.
TIPS FOR USING YOUR SONIC
M1
• Move the Sonic M1 over the desired muscle groups, about 60
seconds per region.
• Apply pressure as needed; however, there should never be a need to
press very hard. The vibration pulses do all the hard work.
• Use the Sonic M1 for 10–20 minutes, up to 3 times per day.
• Do not use continuously for more than 30 minutes.
• Avoid keeping the massage head in one area for more than 3 minutes.
• Prolonged application can traumatize tissues.
• Use only on dry, clean clothing or skin.
• We recommend using the Sonic M1 over clothing (e.g. form-fitting
athletic wear, leggings, etc.).
• When using the metal massage attachment, avoid lingering in any
one area as the metal could cause discomfort.
