MASSAGER IS NOT
WORKING
Massager is not turned on.
Press the Power/Battery button to
turn on the hand massager.
Battery is dead.
Recharge the battery.
DEVICE STOPPED
WORKING SUDDENLY
Massager automatically shuts
off after 15 minutes.
Turn the massager back on to begin
a new massage program.
When the massager has
been working for a long time,
the motor shuts off due to
overheating protection.
Allow the massager to cool down
for at least 60 minutes before using
again.
WEAK HEAT OR
WEAK AIR PRESSURE
Battery is low.
Recharge the battery.
Hand not correctly positioned
in the massage chamber.
Adjust the position of your hand
until you feel the air pressure.
Intensity level is set too low.
Adjust the intensity level of the air
pressure and/or the rollers.
CAN’T FEEL HEAT
Heat function needs time to
warm up.
Wait about 8 minutes for the heat
to get up to temperature.
MASSAGE INTENSITY
IS TOO HIGH
Intensity level is set too high.
Use the low intensity level, L1.
Hand is not correctly positioned
in the massage chamber.
Adjust the position of your hand
until you find the perfect spot.
HEAT IS TOO HOT
Skin may be sensitive.
Turn off the heat function or wear
a pair of thin gloves to reduce the
heat felt directly on the skin.
FAINT SOUND HEARD
WHILE USING
MASSAGER
Massager is using air
compression.
This is a normal sound made by the
massager.
