USING THE LUMICURE PRO LIGHT THERAPY TORCH
1. Put on the protective eyeglasses.
2. Position the LumiCure Pro over the area to be treated, ensuring
the LED lights are touching or within 1 inch of your skin.
3. Press the
On/Off button
to turn on the device and select mode 1.
Press the button
twice for mode 2, press three times for mode 3,
four times for mode 4, etc. See
CHOOSING A MODE
on page 14
for information about each mode.
4. Treatment time will vary depending on your pain level. The default
duration is 3 minutes. Refer to the chart on the next page to
determine your treatment time and frequency.
5. Press and hold the
On/Off button
for 3–5 seconds to turn off the
device at any time. The LumiCure Pro will automatically shut off
after 3 minutes.
6. Always power off the LumiCure Pro after each use.
NOTE:
Do not operate the device continuously for longer than
3 minutes. If you wish to treat multiple body parts consecutively, turn
off the LumiCure Pro for at least 1 minute between each 3-minute
treatment session to prevent it from overheating.

Be sure to wait at least 5 hours between treatment sessions on the same
area of the body.
DETERMINING TREATMENT FREQUENCY AND DURATION
The length of your treatment time and the frequency of treatment
will depend on the intensity of pain you are treating:

To adjust the depth and intensity of the treatment, hold the
LumiCure Pro at different distances from the treatment area:
• To treat deep tissues such as muscles, joints (knees, shoulders,
elbows, ankles), and organs:
hold the LumiCure Pro directly against
the skin.
• To treat small joints, like fingers:
hold the LumiCure Pro about a
½ inch away from the area to be treated.
• To treat superficial pain or skin wounds:
hold the LumiCure Pro
about 1 inch away from the area to be treated.
