HANDHELD WIRELESS SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING

CHECK THE TRANSMITTER

1.

Is the OFF/PWR in the PWR position? (to the right)

2.

Is the ON/MUTE switch in the ON position?

3.

Is the light below the OFF/PWR switch brightly lit? If it’s not check and make sure the battery 

is properly inserted in the battery compartment. Try a new battery.

4.

Is the low battery light lit? If this light is on then charge the battery. 

5.

Is the Bravo amplifier/speaker plugged into electricity?

6.

Is the Bravo amplifier/speaker power switch on?

7.

Is the power light brightly lit? If the power light is not on then change electrical outlets.

8.

Is the master volume control on the back of the unit on 5?

9.

Are the individual volume controls on the top of the Bravo on 5?

10.

Are the graphic equalizer sliders in the middle position?

BODY PACK HEADSET OR COLLAR SYSTEM NOT WORKING

1.

Is the OFF/ST.BY/ON switch on the top of the body pack turned on?

2.

Is the light on the top of the transmitter green? If it’s red then the switch is in the standby mode 

and needs to be moved to the right. If there is no light then the unit is off or the battery is dead.

3.

Is the Bravo amplifier/speaker plugged into electricity?

4.

Is the Bravo amplifier/speaker power switch on? 

5.

Is the power light brightly lit? If the power light is not on then change electrical outlets. 

6.

Is the master volume control on the back of the unit on 5?

7.

Are the individual volume controls on the top of the Bravo on 5?

8.

Are the graphic equalizer sliders in the middle position?
