CALORIES:
Displays the total accumulated calories burned during workout. Press the START button and then press the FAST
button, the running belt starts moving with the speed at 0.8km/h. You may press the FAST or SLOW button on the
computer console or handlebar to increase or decrease the running speed during exercise. Calorie starts counting up
from 0 to 999 calories per 1 calorie increment. You may also preset target calories before training. Press the MODE
button to select CALORIES mode when CALORIES flashes and then press the SET button to preset target calories.
Each increment is 1 calorie. The preset calorie range is from 0 to 999 calories. Press the MODE button for 5 second
will reset the function value of CALORIES to zero for target presetting. Once you preset the calories target, press the
START button and then press the FAST button, the running belt starts moving with the speed at 0.8km/h. You may press
the FAST or SLOW button to increase or decrease the running speed. Calories start counting down from preset
calories to 0 per 1 calorie backward. When the preset target calories count down to 0, the computer will begin beeping
to remind you and the running belt will stop automatically. (This data is a rough guide for comparison of different
exercise sessions which can not be used in medical treatment).
PULSE:
The computer will show your current heart rate figures and a heart symbol in 5 seconds after you hold both two hands on
handlebar grip sensors during exercise. If you do not hold both two hands on handlebar grip sensors, the computer will
display 0. To ensure the pulse readout is more precise, please always hold on to the handlebar grip sensors with two
hands instead of just with one hand only when you try to test your heart rate figures.
Note:
1. Before training starts, please make sure the safety tether key is installed on the computer properly.
2. After the Master Power on and install the safety tether key on the computer, the screen will display segment for 2 seconds with
beep sound, then computer is enter into the standby mode.
3. Pressing the MODE button to select functions of time, distance, or calories, and then press the SET button to preset target value.
Press the MODE button for 5 second will reset the function value of time, distance, or calories to zero for target presetting. Press
the START button and then press the FAST button, the running belt starts moving with the speed at 0.8km/h. You may press the
FAST or SLOW button to increase or decrease the running speed. To stop training by pressing the STOP button or pull out the
safety tether key, the computer will stop operation immediately and the running belt will stop automatically.
4. During training, you may press STOP button to stop the equipment running at any time, or pull out the safety tether key to stop
the equipment.
5. If you leave the equipment and there is no signal receives from the equipment over 4 minutes, screen will off and enter into the
sleep mode. The computer can be turn on by pressing any button.
