Step 2 

Install the Right Stabilizer Tube (59) into the Stabilizer (1).  Align the holes on both parts 
and insert two Stabilizer Knobs (8) through those holes.  Thoroughly tighten the Stabilizer 
Knobs (8) by turning in a clockwise direction.
