ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 

 

 

Remove the treadmill from the carton and place it on a solid, level surface. 

NOTE: It is recommended that you always use the aid of a second person when 
removing the treadmill from the carton. 

Pull both Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes (32R, 32L) all the way up, then attach both 
M8x16 Knobs (18) onto the Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes(32R, 32L) and Base 
Frame (14). 
Pull the Handlebar (5) all the way up, then attach both M8x16 Knobs (18) onto the 
Handlebar (5) and Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes (32R, 32L). 
Place the
