Step 2 

Semi-tighten the Knob (48) by turning it in a clockwise direction into the holes on the Base 
Frame (3) and Main Frame (2). 

NOTE:

 

DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE KNOB IN STEP 2 UNTIL THE STEP 4 IS

Remove four Hexagon Socket Oval Head Bolts (54) and four Curve Washers (55) from the 
handlebar support of the Base Frame (3).  Remove bolts with the Allen Wrench provided.
