Exchange the lead wire

Motor armature cut

Exchange the motor

Ball bearing defacement

Exchange the motor

Impeller hindrance
(Caused by foreign matters)

Remove the foreign matters

Motor(stator armature) coil cut
or damaged

Exchange the motor

Poor switch contact point

Exchange the switch
