1. Symptom : it can be occurred the compatibility issue such as No display or No sound etc. with TBT 2 to 3 Adapter. 
2. Root-Cause : Apple Device or Adapter Limitation 
3. Guidance 
   1) Checking the symptom: To guide the customer that they need to check the Apple Device List in Apple website. And it may caused
