petrol, kerosene, spot removers, turpentine, waxes ,wax removers and hair care products
should be washed in hot water with an extra amount of detergent before being dried in

• Items such as foam rubber (latex foam), shower caps, waterproof nappy covers, and
textiles, rubber backed articles and clothes or pillows fitted with foam rubber pads should
not be dried in the tumble dryer.

• If the tumble dryer is installed on a carpet, the dryer may be damaged due to poor air
ventilation.
A lack of air circulation or installing the unit on carpet may cause spontaneous
combustion leading to an explosion and fire.
• Fabric softeners, or similar products, should be used as specified by the fabric softener
instructions. Incorrect usage of softening agents during a wash can cause hazardous
repercussions to the clothes and unit damage when they are dried in the dryer.

personal injury or death. Do not use or store the dryer outdoors or in any sheltered
outdoor location where it is subject to weathering.
