TROUBLESHOOTING
The touch screen does not work.

Check whether the touch screen USB cable is connected properly.
y
Check whether your PC supports USB.
y
Check whether any similar touch screen drivers have been installed on your PC before installing the LG
touch screen monitor. If there is a similar touch screen driver installed, remove the existing driver and
then reconnect.
The cursor and the area touched on the screen are not aligned.
y
Use the software provided with the monitor to calibrate.
y
When you calibrate the screen, set the display resolution to the maximum supported resolution (optimum
resolution).
- T1710BP: 1280 X 1024
- T1910BP: 1280 X 1024
The double click function does not work.
y
Run the software provided with the monitor and set double click Range and Speed.

Speed: 500
Range: 32
The mouse cursor returns to the same location even when another point is pressed.

LG touch screen monitor T1710BP/T1910BP does not support the multi-touch function. Check if the
location to which the mouse cursor returns by external interference is being touched.
