When product goes wrong, before contacting the service center please confirm the following items.

Whether too much dust clog on the anti-allergic filter?

Whether checked the operation indicator or not?
●
Whether indoor air pollution is too severe or not?

Whether the Pre-Filter has many filths or not?
●
Whether washable HEPA filter has many filths or not?
●
Whether using environment is too spacious or not?
●
Whether there are surrounding obstacles or not?
●
Whether install at non-ventilated places or not?
●
Correctly connect with powerpoint.

Ask for assistance from service center.

Retrieve working when power cut finish.

Replace the battery or adjust the
