will be deleted. The new

account supersedes the

old account information.

Cannot sign up, due to

a duplication of existing

account (user ID).

LG Electronics

registration has

occurred multiple

times.

The membership sign

up is managed by LG

Electronics enterprise

wide. If you have signed

up previously, log in with

your account information

and then register the

product. When attempting

to sign up with the same

ID, a message stating

that the ID already exists

will pop up.

Cannot control indoor

unit with app.

Currently another

user is controlling

the unit.

The air conditioner

control is given to the

smartphone which is

logged in first. The A/C

cannot be controlled

by multiple users at the

same time. Once the

user logs out, the A/C

becomes available for

other users.

Network connection

issues. Check the

indicator.

Check the wireless

connection status of the

smartphone.

App closes

unexpectedly.

The smartphone

app suddenly shuts

down.

The app may shut down

once in a while due to

memory limitations of the

smartphone. Close any

unnecessary apps that

may be running in the

background before using

the LG Smart AC app to

control the indoor unit.
