ONE POINT REPAIR GUIDE

3-3. Service hint (Any picture/ Remark)

3. NO SOUND IN BLUETOOTH MODE

No power problem occurs when you power on the unit.

3-1. Solution

Check and replace CN502 on main board. 

3-2. How to troubleshoot (Countermeasure)

1) Check if Bluetooth module is in pairing state with your device.
2) Check connection of CN502 and Bluetooth module.
3) Check input voltage of CN502 pin10. (It should be 3.4 V)
4) If voltage is 3.4 V, replace Bluetooth module.
5) If It is still out of order, after this process replace main board assembly.
