SuperSign Manager

Remote Monitoring of Content Playback

You can capture and view an image of the content being played in the player.
To capture an image of the content being played, follow the steps below.

● When controlling a monitor individually, enter the same set ID as the one set for the monitor.
   Advanced Command line does not work the set ID you entered is invalid.
●  When controlling a group of monitors, select the group and enter "00" for the set ID in the Advanced 

Command line box. In this case, no acknowledgement is returned.

It may not work depending on the network configuration or status.

● For hardware accelerated videos, the screen turns black when you capture an image.

● With an Intel graphics card, the screen may become frozen when you capture an image.

Select the player to view the content and click the screen capture button as shown above.

An image of the content will be captured and displayed on the screen.

Advanced Command line

The Advanced Command line menu allows you to remote control LG Electronics' monitor connected to the media 
player. You can fi nd this menu in the Display general tab. Enter the RS232C control command supported by the 
connected monitor along with the set ID (e.g. - ka 01 01). The control command does not work if the set ID is 
invalid. For the monitors and control commands supported by SuperSign, see Appendix. Monitor Models Sup-
ported by SuperSign. The RS232C control command depends on the type of monitor; see the RS232C protocol 
in the user's manual of the monitor.
