1.Pierce using a skewer on the film. Place food in the oven.

2.After heating, stand for 2 minutes.

Notes : 

Stirrable : e.g.  Spaghetti bolognese, Beef stew

Non-stirrable : e.g. Lasagne, Cottage pie

-For food contained in bag(s), pierce meat portion and rice/pasta portions for several times.

-For stirrable foods, stir if needed.
