Wash, dry and prick potato with a fork several times.

After Cooking, let stand for 5 minutes.
Place beef on metal rack (low level) on glass tray. During
the cooking process your oven will “BEEP”, at which point
turn food over to ensure even cooking.
Place pork on metal rack (low level) on glass tray. During
the cooking process your oven will “BEEP”, at which point

Place chicken portion on metal rack (high level) on glass
tray. During the cooking process your oven will “BEEP”,
