4. REMOVE ICEMAKER FILL TUBE COVER
5. INSTALL FILL TUBE COVER
Install the fill tube cover
to the back of the refrigerator using
the two Phillips screws (4) to hold the
fill tube in place.
Remove and discard the icemaker fill tube
opening cover located on the lower right
side of the refrigerator; insert the icemaker
fill tube all the way into the opening until
it stops.
6. SECURE FILL TUBE
Locate the mark on the back of the cabinet where
the fill tube will be installed. Place the screw on the
mark and tap it with the screwdriver to make
a small hole. Fasten the fill tube using the holder
pipe (7) and the Phillips screw (4).
7. ATTACH BACK COVER
Replace and fasten the back cover with
the previously removed screws.
8. WATER VALVE INSTALLED
To connect to the home water supply, refer to the water line installation
instructions in the refrigerator's owner's manual.
Once the home water supply line is connected and turned on, turn the icemaker
switch to the
I (on)
position.
The icemaker requires 12 to 24 hours to produce ice.
Discard the first few batches of ice to purge the line of any impurities.
