Where can I get the information about OS or SW releases?
A
Settings -> Phone Info -> ‘Software Update.’ Or, go to LG Mobile home and see ‘Notice.’.

What should I do to update SW?
A
End users can update SW in two ways.(Web Download / FOTA)
- Web Download : Connect the phone with PC. Use the SW Update Tool to download a
new binary from the server to PC via the internet.
Then, install it on the phone.
- FOTA : Requires no separate PC. Via the phone’s network(3G, 4G WIFI), FOTA Package
is downloaded on the phone for automatic Install & Update.
Both maintains User Data, basically.

How long does the warranty period last after purchase?
What’s the upper limit of the warranty?
A
Free warranty period varies depending on providers or regions. (It is a year, normally.)
Refer to the warranty for details.
Reparing due to customer’s negligence may incur charges even within the free warranty
period.

As In-Box items, Headset (Stereo), TA and data cable are provided.
Visit a service center to purchase additional accessories.
