I cannot register my email account.

A

1. Email service uses data. So, check out if WiFi or data are available.
. Check out the email addresss and password.
3. Check out if your email supports the service(IMAP4, POP3).
4. For EAS. inquire of the relevant service administrator about the server information.

Apps not being used at the moment are marked as programs running.
They reappear as such although I have killed them. What should I do?

A

It is because the application service is being run in the background.
For example, phone or email apps are to let the user know when emails or phone
calls arrive although they have been killed.
