Level 2   

This level of repair requires the exchange of the mobile unit main board. There will be non-removal of any 

components on the faulty main board. The exchanged faulty main boards shall be properly packed in a plastic 

bulk with the attached IMEI label and fault report and send back to DARTS Mobile Service Center for detailed 

repairs.
