Why is my kimchi freezing?
A:
Kimchi’s storage temperature is around 0°C. The exact freezing point of kimchi varies
depending on the type of kimchi, seasoning, and the amount of salt. If kimchi is freezing,
change the storage temperature.

If the storage temperature is (H), change it to (M) or (L).
•
If the storage temperature is (M), change it to (L).

Why is my kimchi turning dark?
A:
If you store kimchi for a long time, contact with the air will cause it to oxidize and become
dark.

dark.

A:
