SMART DIAGNOSIS (Only for applied models)

Smart diagnosis function is...

  

 

Use 

this function when calling the Customer Call Centre

 and receive precise diagnosis when the 

refrigerator 

malfunctions or fails. Use it only 

when advised by

 the consultant and 

not otherwise.

Be aware! 

 

Differences

 of regional call qualities may have influence on the function.

 If you 

use a

 home phone, better communication performance will enable much better service.

   Smart diagnosis data transmission may not be 

successful if the call is made from a mobile phone with

poor cell reception

After the completion of the data transmission, 

the consultant will explain the result of the

 smart 

diagnosis 

 

and 

advise accordingly.

When the data transmission is completed,

 the 

refrigerator will be automatically 

turned off and on

 a few 

seconds later. 

Do not take away the telephone while data is being transmitted. 

During the data transmission for smart diagnosis, 

hold the telephone 10cm away from the 

speaker

 

hole 

and avoid any background noises

.  

Place the phone near the speaker hole 

in the top

 

right hand side door hinge

Ensure the microphone 

of the 

telephone is

 

toward the speaker hole. 

How to use the function 

1.

  urn knob to Middle notch.

3.  Turn knob to Warm notch and keep that status 
4.  T urn knob to Cold notch within 3sec and keep that status 
5.  Turn knob to Middle notch within 3sec and keep that status 

When SDS is input, buzzer let you know by ringing 4times. 

     

0.2sec Off/ 0.2sec On 4times)

(Frequency of SDS Buzzer is 2000Hz, 

After inputting SDS, SDS buzzer will ring.

• SDS can be input even Test Mode and Error status.

 

CAUTION

The transmission sound may be irritating. 

 

Do not take away the telephone until the sound stops.

 Open all the doors of the refrigerator.
