Troubleshooting
This chapter lists some problems you might encounter when using your tablet. Some
problems require you to call your service provider, but most are easy to fix yourself.

socket.
Charger defective Replace the charger.
Wrong charger Use only original accessories.
Impossible to
send photos
Memory full
Delete some images from your
tablet.
Files do not
open
Unsupported file format Check the supported file formats.
No sound Vibration mode
Check the settings status in the
sound menu to make sure you are
not in vibration or silent mode.
