Messaging
Outgoing server -
Enter the IP
address or host name of your
outgoing (SMTP) mail server.
SMTP authentication -
Choose to
activate the security setting for the
outgoing mail server.
If SMTP authentication is on,
outgoing server requires user name
and password when you send
e-mail.
SMTP username/SMTP Password

Enter your email address and
password from your email provider.
(If SMTP authentication is on)
Account name -
Enter the mailbox
name by which you would like to
refer to this account.
After entering the email account,
select
O
to save.
Now your account is set up, it will
appear in the list of accounts in
your Email folder.

Using the Edit menu of Options,
you can edit the setting values.
Title
- Enter a name for this
account.
My name
- Enter your name.
Username
- Enter the account
username.
Password
- Enter the account
password.
Email address
- Enter the account
email address.
Reply email address
- Enter the
‘reply to’ email address.
Outgoing mail server
- Enter the
account details.
Incoming mail server
- Enter the
account details.
Maximum receive size
- Choose
the size limit of your emails, the
maximum is 1MB.
Mailbox type
- Enter the mailbox
type, POP3 or IMAP4.
