Each screen has its own background color and a different structure. 

Touch and hold an icon to get into the edit mode for the particular home 
screen, then press the edit button, then select your new favorites and press 
the 

 button.

You will now see the icons you have selected and can drag them around to 
re-organise them by pressing and dragging them. 

To exit the edit mode, press the 

 button.

Below is an example of the appearance of each of them.
