LCD module interface
Controlled by _LCD_CS, LCD_RESET, L_ADD01, LCD_ID, L_WR, L_RD, L_DATA [00...15] ports
_LCD_CS: LCD chip enable
LCD_RESET : This pin resets LCD module.
L_ADD01: This pin determines whether the data to LCD module is display data or control data.
L_WR, L_RD : Read/Write control
L_DATA [00...15] : Parallel data line.
Memory interface.
DATA[0..15] : 16 bit parallel interface.
Addressing ADD01 ~ ADD23.
RF interface
The AD6527 control RF parts through RF_PWR_DWN, ANT_SW1, ANT_SW2, PA_EN, PA_BAND,
VSYNTHEN, S_EN, S_DATA, S_CLK etc.
RF_PWR_DWN: RF Transceiver Power Consumption Control.
ANT_SW[1:2]: Tx/Rx Selection
PA_EN: PAM Enable/Disable
PA_BAND: Select the frequency band (GSM band or DCS band).
VSYNTHEN: Synthesizer Enable
S_EN: PLL Enable
S_DATA: Serial Data to PLL
S_CLK: Clock to PLL
SIM interface
The AD6527 check status periodically in call mode if SIM card is inserted or not.
Interface by SIM_DATA, SIM_CLK, SIM_RST
SIM_DATA: This pin receives and sends data to SIM card. F2400 support only 3.0 volt interface
SIM card.
SIM_CLK: clock 3.5MHz frequency.
SIM_RST: reset SIM block.
Key interface
Include 5 column and 5 row
The AD6527 detect key press by interrupt.
AD6537B interrupt
AD6537B provides an active-high interrupt output signal.
Interrupts are generated by the auxiliary ADC, audio, and charger modules.
