13) Disassemble Panel

- After verifying that the SPCB is completely disassembled from the holder, turn the SPCB over to the top of the panel as shown below

(to avoid interference with the BLU):

1) Disassemble the panel using 2 vacuums (recommended)

2) If there is no vacuums, hold the panel without the COF in order to prevent damage to the SPCB COF and rotate it counterclockwise to lift it up

as shown below.

14) Disassemble Guide Panel

- After releasing the upper/lower/left/right side hook, lift the guide panel upwards to disassemble

(* Precautions : Must be worked more than 2 people, Be careful of damage to the Guide Panel due to large size)
