Check P1700.
Can you see the normal waveform?

P1700 may have problem. Replace this Jack.

This board has big problem because Main chip(BCM3549) have some troubles
After checking thoroughly all path once again, You should decide to replace BCM3549 or not.

Check the input (Pin AB12,AC11,AF11)
of BCM3563(IC101).
Measure waveform at C1111, C1112,C1113
because it’s more easy to check.
