Tighten the steel gear with 2 bolts to 10 Nm.

7.

Remove the gear adjustment tool.

8.

Rotate the motor pulley in counter clockwise direction by hand for
three revolutions.

9.

Make sure that the gears do not touch. If the gears touch, repeat step
5 to step 8.

7.4.9  Assemble belt chamber cover

1.

Assemble the belt chamber cover onto the bearing flange with 4 cap
screws with a 5 mm Allen key.

2.

Tighten the cap screws by hand and torque each screw to 2.5 Nm.
