Allgemeines
Digitaler Positionsregler mit P-Verhalten, Auswerteeinheit und
Ablaufsteuerung zum Aufbau einer Einachs-Positionierrege-
lung. Als Stellglied dient der AC-Servoantrieb mit Blockkom-
mutierung und zur Positions-Istwerterfassung kann wahlweise
der Inkrementale Tacho (731 092) oder die Lineareinheit mit
Wegaufnehmer (731 086) verwendet werden.
1 Sicherheitshinweise
• Das Gerät ist ausschließlich für Schutzkleinspan-
nung konzipiert. Schließen Sie an keinem Ein-
oder Ausgang eine externe Spannungsquelle an.
• Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise aller im
Versuchsaufbau befindlichen Geräte
• Verbinden Sie die Endtaster der Lineareinheit mit
dem Positionsregler wenn Sie die Lineareinheit
verwenden.
• Überprüfen Sie die einwandfreie Funktion des
Drehzahlregelkreises und begrenzen Sie die
Drehzahl auf 3000 min
-1
bevor Sie die Linearein-
heit ankoppeln.

The digital position controller with P-action, evaluation unit
and process control for the assembly of a single-axis closed-
loop position control. The AC servo drive with block commuta-
tion serves as the control element and the incremental tacho
(731 092) or the linear unit with displacement transducer
(731 086) is used to detect the actual position.
1 Safety instructions
• The device is designed exclusively for extra-low
safety voltages. Do not connect an external volt-
age source to an input or output.
• Please follow all of the safety instructions includ-
ed with the equipment used in the experiment set-
up
• Connect the position switch of the linear unit to
the position controller when using the linear unit
• Test the speed control loop to see if it is operating
properly and limit the speed to 3000 min
-1
before
coupling the linear unit.
